We took the metro to Lantua Island and then a bus up the
mountain to the Po Lin Monastery.
There was an extremely large Buddha at the top of a long flight of stairs.
Paul walked up. Mary did not.
There were fairly low clouds so the views were somewhat limited.
We then took a walk on the Wisdom Path…isolated and not much to see.
Then we had lunch at the Buddhist Vegetarian restaurant (fixed menu, mystery veggie all 'round) and then boarded a bus to head back down the mountain and back to the hotel.
